Skills/Knowledge:

We are looking for three plus years experience managing moderate to high volume food and bar operations in a high quality environment. Successful candidates will possess a thorough understanding and demonstrated track record of managing and maintaining a quality guest restaurant experience. Solid financial acumen and a thorough understanding of P&L analysis/reconciliation are required. Prior experience in hiring and training new employees is a must.
