| Growing quality restaurant chain seeks a GM on the fast track to Area Director for their Orange County market. This individual will be accountable for operations of all restaurants, maximizing profits, building sales, and controlling costs. This role is accountable for establishing, maintaining, and coaching company standards, expectations, and culture; as well as providing effective leadership in the areas of local store marketing, training, defining priorities, and building commitment to the company’s mission and objectives. Individual selected will initially start in a General Manager role for 1-2 years and then move up to Area Director. Organization offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus bonus. |

Skills/Knowledge:
|
Successful candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably with a full service or high quality fast casual corporate chain. Organization is looking for an individual with strong business acumen and a customer focused approach to business. Influential communication/listening skills and excellent problem-solving/analytical skills are a must. Organization seeks an individual who is detailed/action oriented and demonstrates integrity, trust, ethics and values. |
